Our Service

Life Skills Program

Building Independence for Teens

Our Life Skills Program helps teens aged 12 to 17 with Autism and ADHD build the practical skills they need for everyday independence. Learners first learn each skill in the centre, then practise it in a real-life setup, and finally use it out in the community.

The program runs in small groups and is designed and supervised by our BCBAs and RBAs, with sessions delivered by trained therapists. It includes in-centre sessions and community outings, and all learning materials are provided.
